Demo Sprayer

Visualizing flow of PPP's, effect of pressure on nozzle type, difference in nozzle type, cleaning procedures, etc. in order to increase operator awareness on factors influencing the complete spraying process.

The demo sprayer is developed to show all normal functions of a sprayer (pressure regulation, shut off/on, section control valves with adjustable return, hydraulic agitation, spray boom heighs, nozzle interdistances of 25 and 50 cm etc.). As much as possible parts are made transparant so be able to follow the liquid through the spraying process. Recirculation system is optional.
